Meet Dr. Siddiqui
Dr. Azfar A. Siddiqui graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and also has a Masters degree in Prosthetic Dentistry from the Eastman Dental Institute in London UK, as well as a two year Fellowship in Maxillofacial prosthetics from the University of Chicago. He is a Diplomat of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, a Fellow of the American Academy of Maxillofacial Prosthetics, Diplomat of the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics and has been inducted in the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society, as well as the Pierre Fauchard Honor Academy. He has published several papers in peer reviewed journals.
Dr. Siddiqui has over thirty years of clinical experience and has been a faculty at prestigious dental institutes such as the University of Pittsburgh, Harvard University, Dental College at Leeds UK, The Aga Khan University Pakistan as well as the Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. He is currently Associate Professor in the Advanced Care Clinic at the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health, A.T. Still University in Mesa Arizona.
Throughout his career he has been actively involved in fixed and removable prosthodontics practice and performs all aspects of Dental implantology including surgeries for placement and prosthetic rehabilitation.
